"I would like to take some time out and say how pleasant it was working with Kyle from State Farm. (Mount Pocono) He was very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does. I was originally looking for information on Home Insurance , after speaking with Kyle I switched my car insurance and added life insurance as well. He made sure he went through everything to confirm I understood. Love when someone takes time out to do their job correctly . Very polite on the phone I asked him the same question a few times. "1. **Double Charges and Refunds**: Our records indicate that we have been double charged multiple times for services, and our requests for a refund have gone unanswered. This has caused significant financial strain and frustration. 2. **Excessive Fees and Policy Management**: The lead fees we incurred were a direct result of your company placing an excessive number of vehicles on our policy, an issue that took 27 days to resolve. During this time, we were met with hostility, including threats of police involvement if we visited your office. 3. **Unprofessional Conduct**: We experienced unprofessional behavior from your staff, including derogatory language and laughter at our expense. Additionally, every attempt to contact Beth Mahogany over the past four months was met with her being unavailable.(Kyle) 4. **Suspension of Vehicle Registration**: As a result of these ongoing issues, our vehicle registration was suspended, which we believe was an inappropriate method of terminating our business relationship. 5. **Negligence and Accountability**: Your company has continually failed to take responsibility for its negligent actions. The conduct of your representative, Kyle, has been particularly concerning. His remarks regarding our situation were dismissive and unsatisfactory. We have documented evidence of these interactions, including multiple phone calls, which we are prepared to present if necessary. We request immediate action to rectify these issues and expect a prompt response addressing our concerns. Here’s a formal legal phrasing for your concerns: "To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my grievances regarding the treatment I received from your office over the past 27 days. During this period, I reached out multiple times for assistance, only to be met with threats of police involvement and a lack of responsiveness. When I finally managed to speak with Beth Mahogany, she informed me that she was attending to a personal matter, specifically being at the bedside of someone who was gravely ill, and thus unable to address my concerns. While I understand the seriousness of her situation, it does not excuse the inadequate handling of my account. Both my spouse and I have been treated unjustly throughout this process, resulting in a lapse of our insurance coverage that subsequently led to the suspension of our vehicle registration. Furthermore, we were informed that this situation would impact our client relationship with your company. It is important to clarify that our intention is not to disparage the insurance company but rather to present the facts of our experience. We seek a resolution to these issues and expect a prompt and thorough response."
